Although you'll receive an emailed report of all your transactions each time a payout is generated, if you'd like to take a look at transaction's individually or by date, you can do this via the merchant dashboard.
To export your data, simply go to your Merchant Dashboard > Payments > Select a date range > Export
- Login to the merchant dashboard here
- Head to payments on the left hand side
- Select a date range
- Click Export to receive a CSV file.
Here are the definitions for each column:
transactionId
This column shows the April transaction ID, useful for April to identify a specific transaction when you require more information.
orderId
This column shows the Order ID your ecommerce platform or custom integration has given this transaction.
email
This column shows the email address provided to the April iframe by the platform or the email entered with checkout information. If no information is given to April this filed with show a dash.
date
This column shows the date the transaction was processed on.
amount
This column shows the the entire transaction amount inclusive of any merchant side fees and taxes.
fee
This column shows the entire fee charged on the particular transaction inclusive of the fixed fee, percentage fee and tax.
fixedFee
This column shows the fixed fee value for that transaction. The value is either inc or ex tax dependant on if the fees in your merchant agreement are inclusive or exclusive of tax.
feePerc
This column shows the fee percentage value for that transaction. The value is either inc or ex tax dependant on if the fees in your merchant agreement are inclusive or exclusive of tax.
taxAmount
This column shows the tax component of the total fee shown on the fee column.
refundedAmount
If a partial or full refund has been added, this column will show the amount refunded to your customer, if no refund has been processed the column will show a dash.
type
This column will show either Split payment or Full payment dependant on how the customer chose to pay.
orderType
This column shows where the order was placed. Online means the order was placed using the April iframe either in an ecommerce site or manual website. Manual means the transaction was processed using the manual payments section of the April Merchant dashboard.
customer
This column shows the customer name entered at the time of the transaction. If no customer name was supplied to April then the field will show a dash.
transferId
This column shows the April transfer ID for the transfer this transaction was included in. A dash will show if this transaction is yet to be payed out.
transferDate
This column shows the dat of the transfer this transaction was included in. A dash will show if this transaction is yet to be payed out.
transferAmount
This column will show the full transfer amount of the transfer this transaction was included in. This transfer amount is the sum of all of the transaction amounts less fees inclusive of tax, fixed fee percentage fees and refunds.
status
This column shows the status of the transaction as either ‘paid’, ‘partially_refunded’, ‘refunded’, ‘disputed’, ‘pending’, ‘overdue’, or ‘failed’
